What is a Macau sauna?

If you'd like, a free private shuttle will pick you up at your hotel. Shang Pin sits inside the Lisboeta, so if you're staying in Cotai it's actually a short walk — easy to drop in straight after the casino.

Check in with your passport
Show your passport at the reception desk and pick up your locker key. The bill is normally settled all at once when you leave. If you've booked ahead, just give your name and you'll be shown straight through.

Choose your therapist
Tell us your preferences and pick your therapist. Therapists are on duty daily from 15:00 to 06:00. Sharing your preferences or a specific request ahead of time on WhatsApp makes the night smoothest — though deciding on the spot is perfectly fine too.

Massage in your private room
Time for your massage in a private room. Add-on mini services (about 20 minutes each) and the aroma oil set (MOP 168) happen here too. Afterwards, you can rest in the lounge until morning.
What to bring, and how to behave
- Bring your passport — you will need to show it at reception.
- Towels, robes and amenities are all provided — you can arrive empty-handed.
- Keep valuables in your locker. The locker key also runs your in-house tab.
- Be discreet with photos inside — keep other guests out of frame.
- Go easy on alcohol beforehand — heavy drinking plus sauna heat is hard on the body.
Prices, payment and currency
Public prices run MOP 1,199 – 6,699, plus 10% service charge. Payment is easy: Cash · Card · WeChat Pay · Alipay. A useful currency note — Hong Kong dollars are accepted virtually everywhere in Macau at par with the pataca, so there is no need to change money specially, and with cards accepted you can keep cash to a minimum.
